The Floral Park Bellerose Education Fund, Inc. is an independent, nonprofit, community-based organization. Our mission is to enrich the educational experiences of all children attending FPBSD schools through financially supporting special projects and opportunities.
What we do
The Fund actively seeks donations, grants, and government funds to support programs and resources that go beyond the basic required curriculum and enhance educational opportunities for all students.
How it works
We collaborate with FPBSD staff and administration to secure discretionary funding to enhance educational programs and ensure the equity and impact of all grants awarded. We aim to connect teachers to existing grants as well as accept applications for review to be completed through fundraising efforts.
What sets the Fund apart
While PTAs work to build a community for students within their schools, the Education Fund is able to focus on the extra needs of district students and educators in order to provide increased opportunities.
